JKL Oslo has about twenty consultants who work for Norwegian and foreign companies operating in Norway. JKL provides strategic communication counsel to companies and organizations who want to increase their influence and their presence. To a large degree, their work deals with strategies for mastering the interaction between the media, authorities, and business community. JKL works for most industries but has special competence in the areas of energy, environment, financial services, telecommunication, real estate, transportation, travel, technology, food, and health. JKL Oslo was started in 1998. 

JKL Group adheres to the principles of the international trade association ICCO (International Communications Consultancies Organization).

Per Høiby is currently the office manager and CEO for JKL Oslo, where he will continue with these responsibilities.
